What if I’m not home for delivery?

Our deliveries usually require a signature. If you’re not home, you’ll receive instructions from the carrier.
Didn’t get a message? Check your tracking link or contact our customer service.
Note: if you choose to have the parcel left in a safe place and it gets lost, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss.
