What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure payment options such as Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, and more. We do not offer PayPal due to high transaction fees – this helps keeping the costs down. Prefer a bank transfer? Contact our customer service and we’ll check what’s possible. Note: Orders via bank transfer are shipped once payment is received. Want to make sure your items are reserved in the meantime? Send us your proof of payment — we’ll hold everything for you until the transfer is complete.

Is it safe to pay on Bohero’s website?

Yes. We work with Mollie, a reliable and secure payment provider. Your payment details are never stored by us.

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders are charged in euros (€). On our website, you can view prices in your local currency, but this is for reference only. Final payment is always in euros.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

All prices on our website are displayed including VAT by default.At checkout, the VAT will be updated automatically based on your shipping address — or, if you have an approved business account with a valid VAT number, according to the applicable tax rules. For deliveries outside the European Union, no VAT is charged by Bohero. However, please note that local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
